New Freedom Borough is pleased to announce that a Request for Proposals (RFP) is now available for the development of a Downtown Streetscape Plan for the Borough’s Central Business District.
The Borough is seeking a qualified planning, engineering, urban design, and/or landscape architecture firm to develop a conceptual plan focused on enhancing walkability, accessibility, connectivity, placemaking, and the overall downtown experience.
Proposals are due by October 30, 2026 at 4:00PM and should be submitted in accordance with the requirements outlined in the RFP.
