New Freedom Borough utility customers (refuse, water, sewer) now have the ability to sign up for an automatic withdraw from a checking or savings account on the due date for billings. Residents must complete the fillable form located in the link below, attach a voided check for checking account, sign, and either drop off in person (Monday-Friday, 7:30AM-4:00PM) or mail to: New Freedom Borough, 49 East High Street, New Freedom, PA 17349. Electronic submission will not be accepted.
