When Does It Happen?
Christmas Tree Collection is scheduled for the second and third weeks of January. (January 12-23)
Preparing Your Christmas Tree for Collection
To participate in the collection, there are a couple of essential things to keep in mind:
Remove All Ornaments: Before placing your tree curbside, please ensure it is entirely free of ornaments. This includes lights, tinsel, and any decorations. The trees are collected for recycling, so it’s crucial to have them in their natural state.
Bid Farewell: With the decorations removed, your Christmas tree is ready to be collected by our Public Works Staff. Please place it curbside, and our team will take care of the rest.
