Race Course: Board the train by 9:45am from the New Freedom PA Train Station then enjoy a train ride north with stops at 1-Mile for 10-and-under Runners plus Fun Walkers (any age), then at 3.1 Miles for 5K Runners. All head back on foot south to New Freedom finish line at the Train Station. Awards and Raffle following at Vortex.
Date, Times, Locations: Saturday March 15, 2025. Check-in 9:00-9:30am at New Freedom Train Station (117 N Front Street, New Freedom). The train departs at 9:45am. Trophy presentations, raffle drawings and St Patty Day fun at nearby Vortex Brewery (100 Cambridge Blvd, New Freedom) starting around 11am.
Entrance Fee: $37.00 for the 5K, $20.00 for the 10-and-under Run and Fun Walk. Fee includes T-shirt for 5K participants only, a train ride, hot dog, hot chocolate and raffle ticket. Limited T-shirts available for others at check-in for $10 each.
Trophies: Top three fastest 5K times in male and female categories. Top 3 fastest 10-and-under male and female categories.
